Elstar Apple Tree

A sweet, slightly-sour, and firm apple from the My Fruit apple tree assortment. The well-known Elstar apple tree blooms in the spring with a light pink blossom. The Elstar originated around 1955 in Wageningen and is a crossing between the Golden Delicious and the Ingrid Marie.
